How much does an appointment cost?

GP appointments start from £65 for a 15-minute video consultation and £75 for a 15-minute clinic appointment on weekdays, with longer (25-minute) and weekend appointments priced higher. Full current prices are at doctap.co.uk/prices. Your company is charged the standard appointment fee minus any employee contribution you've set, and only when an appointment is actually booked. No setup fees, platform fees, or charges for unused allowances.

Can our employees outside London use this benefit?

Yes. While our 11 clinics are in London, video appointments are available for any employee, anywhere in the UK. You can enable clinic appointments, video appointments, or both when setting up your account, depending on where your team is based.
