A standard GP consultation is a single appointment with a DocTap GP. It covers diagnosis and treatment, prescription issuing, referrals, sick notes and medical letters. Tests and scans are charged separately. Medication dispensed in clinic is charged on top.
Each appointment is charged at the point of booking via a card payment. If you would prefer consolidated invoicing, we can set this up as a bespoke arrangement. Speak to us.
Yes. Once a member is added, they can book their own appointments, or your team can book on their behalf. Their DocTap account stays with us, so they keep access for future care.
Our standard cancellation policy applies to the appointment. Any charge passed on to the member is set and collected by your organisation.
Referrals are part of the standard GP consultation, at no extra cost. A member who needs to return can book a follow-up directly with us using the account they already have, or through your team.
Yes. Your organisation pays DocTap standard patient rates, and any charge to your members is set by you outside DocTap.
Yes. Once a member is added, they can book their own appointments, or your team can book on their behalf. Their DocTap account stays with us, so they keep access for future care.
